Radio
This Thursday, my friend Ralph Borde will be the featured guest on an hour-long radio program on WMBI in Chicago about the work he is doing with children in India through his organization Charasia. I have been asked to come on the program with him to talk about my film, “The Story of Seema.” The interview will be on Thursday, October 1 at 3 pm CST. If you would like to listen, go to www.wmbi.fm and click on the “listen live” link.

Trek to NYC
This past weekend Ellie and I trekked to New York City for the New York City Shorts Film Festival in Tribeca. Other than our late-night adventures navigating through all the construction and delays on the subway after the festival (three hours and about a dozen trains later), we had a great time. Thanks to David, Jennifer and James (the festival coordinators), who hosted a fun and classy festival and made us feel very welcome. We saw plenty of interesting films and were treated to some really great coffee!
If you haven’t had the chance to see “The Story of Seema” yet, check out http://www.claymorepictures.com/. I’d love to hear your comments. And check back soon for pictures from the festival!
